What is a Constellation?
A Constellation is a way of working within The Morphic Field to see what is influencing your life beyond what you can consciously access.
Rather than analyzing, we work directly within the Field to reveal the hidden human and spiritual dynamics shaping your life, restoring balance and order, and allowing forward movement.
Many of the patterns we experience do not begin with us, but they live through us until they are seen.
A Constellation brings these dynamics into view so they can begin to shift.
As they do, your relationship to yourself, to others, and to life begins to change.
You may find more clarity and peace.
More ease in your relationships.
A sense of being supported rather than separate.
This work is not only about what is released. It is about how you begin to experience yourself, others, and life differently.
What You’re Experiencing May Not Have Started With You
Often, the challenges we face — emotional weight, repeating patterns, relationship dynamics, or feeling stuck — are connected to deeper influences we cannot see.
These can include inherited family patterns, unresolved grief, unconscious loyalties, internal parts of yourself, or entanglements within your relational field.
Even when you’ve done deep work, these underlying dynamics can continue shaping your life.
A Constellation reveals what has been operating beneath the surface — so it can begin to shift.
Constellations Across Layers
A Constellation is not limited to one type of issue.
It goes beyond the familial.
What we’re working with is a living field where multiple layers are present at the same time.
Within a single Constellation, we begin to see how everything is interrelated, revealing the deeper links between your family lineage, your inner world, your relationships, and your soul’s path.
What once felt separate and unclear begins to make sense.
The synchronicities become visible.
While a Constellation can include many layers, the family system is often the most impactful, as it is our system of origin.
The layers are not separate.
They are all part of the same field, interacting, influencing, and moving together.
Family Lineage
Inherited patterns, unresolved trauma, and ancestral dynamics that continue through generations.
Internal Parts
Fragmented, lost, or excluded aspects of yourself ready to be seen, healed, and integrated — including the release of false or limiting beliefs.
Relational Dynamics
Entanglements, burdens, and patterns that shape how you relate to others, often repeating beneath awareness.
Soul-Level Patterns
Deeper movements connected to purpose, direction, and your relationship with life, your Spirit Team, and Source.
The Intelligence Within the Work
Family Constellation work was introduced in its modern form by Bert Hellinger. However, the essence of this work is not new.
Across cultures and traditions, people have long worked with unseen forces, ancestral lines, relational fields, and a deeper intelligence that moves through life.
What Hellinger brought was structure. A way to see and work with these dynamics through principles of order, belonging, and balance within a family system.
But what we are working with is not limited to a method.
It is a living field of intelligence.
In this work, we are not only engaging with family systems. We are working within the deeper Field that connects us all, beyond family.
In my work, this includes direct collaboration with the Spirit realm and your Spirit Team, allowing deeper support along your soul’s path.

What Creates Intergenerational Patterns
Some experiences carry more weight within a family system. When they are not fully seen or acknowledged, their effects can continue across generations.
Exclusion of Family Members
When someone is cut off, disowned, or forgotten, whether through conflict, shame, or circumstance, the system continues to respond. Later generations may unconsciously repeat their fate or carry what was never resolved.
Premature Death & Unresolved Grief
The early or sudden loss of a parent, child, or sibling and unprocessed grief from loss, trauma, or separation can be carried across generations.
Adoption & Separation Trauma
Separation from biological parents, adoption, foster care, or custody changes can create deep imprints around belonging and abandonment that carry across generations.
Hidden Relationships & Family Secrets
Secrets carry weight. Affairs, hidden relationships, or undisclosed truths can create suppression and confusion in the family system, often surfacing in later generations.
Abuse & Violence
Physical, emotional, sexual, mental,or spiritual abuse, whether experienced or carried forward, can shape patterns that repeat when left unacknowledged.
Immigration & War Trauma
Displacement, war, and forced migration carry collective trauma that can shape entire family lineages — influencing identity, belonging, and stability across generations.
These unresolved dynamics don’t stay in the past. They don’t simply disappear.
They can shape your inner world, your relationships, and the direction of your life, often without you knowing why.
Until they are acknowledged, these patterns can continue to unconsciously shape your life.
How These Patterns Show Up in Your Life
You may not know where these patterns began — but you can feel their effects.
You might recognize some of this in your own life:
Depression & Anxiety
A heaviness, worry, or fear that doesn’t fully make sense — or doesn’t shift, even when you’ve done the work.
Addictions & Self-Sabotage
Repeating cycles that persist, even when part of you wants something different.
Relationship Patterns
Recurring dynamics of conflict, disconnection, or harm that often repeat across relationships.
Feeling Stuck or Blocked
A sense that something is limiting you in your life, work, finances, or health without a clear reason why.
The good news is that once an entanglement is seen, everything begins to change.
Now you know. And what is seen can be worked with.
There is nothing wrong with you.
These symptoms are signals, pointing to something deeper that is ready to be seen, released, and restored.
And within the same system where patterns are carried, there are also resources:
strength, resilience, connection, and support.
They have always been there, waiting to become available again.
What Happens in a Session
Each session meets you where you are and unfolds naturally — guided by what is most present and ready to be seen.
We Begin with What’s Present
We start with what you’re experiencing — patterns, emotions, or situations where you feel stuck or impacted.
This becomes the entry point into the work, allowing us to access The Field through what is most alive for you.
Hidden Dynamics Become Visible
As we attune to The Morphic Field, what has been unseen begins to reveal itself.
This may include ancestral dynamics, relational patterns, internal parts, or deeper movements connected to your soul’s path.
We work directly with what emerges — allowing it to be seen, acknowledged, and understood within the field.
Movement Toward Resolution
As the field begins to shift, what has been held in place can reorganize.
What was fragmented restores.
What was never yours releases.
What was unseen can integrate.
What once felt like a burden begins to transform into something that supports and resources you.
The shifts may be subtle or grand— but they change how you feel, how you relate, and how you move forward in your life.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to know my family history for a Constellation to work?
No. One of the remarkable qualities of Constellation work is that The Morphic Field holds the information — you don't have to. Many people come to a session with very little knowledge of their family history, and The Field still reveals exactly what needs to be seen. In fact, not knowing can sometimes be an advantage, as it allows the process to unfold without the mind's interference.
Is Constellation work a form of therapy?
Family Constellations are not psychotherapy, though they can be deeply therapeutic. This work operates at the level of the family system rather than the individual psyche.
It can complement therapy, coaching, and other healing modalities — often reaching layers that other approaches cannot.
Many therapists and mental health professionals refer clients to Megan to support their growth beyond the scope of traditional talk-based work.
How long does it take to feel the effects of a Constellation?
Every person and every constellation is unique. Most People feel an immediate shift during the session — a sense of lightness, clarity, or emotional release. For others, the effects unfold gradually over days, weeks, or even months as the system continues to reorganize. It is common to notice changes in dreams, relationships, and emotional patterns in the weeks following a session.
